Founded in 2005 in Jiashan, Zhejiang — at the heart of China's luggage manufacturing corridor just 45 minutes from Shanghai — Dasheng Group began as a small OEM workshop with a single production line and a commitment to quality.
Over two decades, we have grown into a vertically integrated manufacturing powerhouse: 10+ automated production lines, a 35-person in-house R&D center with designers from Tumi and Samsonite, and an annual output of over 800,000 units shipped to brands across the globe.
Rolling Joy was launched in 2026 as our direct-to-brand export division — combining 21 years of manufacturing DNA with a modern B2B brand experience designed for the world's most demanding retail partners.
